Chocolate Bars

From a bean to a chocolate bar, micro-batch sizes of different chocolates is our specialty. Each chocolate bar handcrafted at the Maribea location in Odessa, Texas. The chocolate is tempered to structure the crystallization to bring a shiny look. With precise timing with cooling and heating the chocolate, it is then ready to mold into bars. Once the depositor’s head empties a calculated amount into the mold, it is then put onto a vibrating table to release any open air bubbles in the chocolate. Finally, it is placed onto the desired location and sits until it is dried. The chocolate is then released from the mold and ready to be packaged.
